august is shaping up to likely be the most financially lucrative month of my life. most of it hinges (no... all of it) on a huge assisting contract. client gives the green light on monday - cross your fingers.

trying to budget for some creatives but i am evidently broke... can't even scrape up the $100 to rent a car and a bit of gear for a day. augh!@ however, this big gig should bring me the stability to start really shooting creatives constantly. giddy up.

cottage trip with the family on monday for a few days. bringing lots of fun fantasy to read. r.a. salvatore is my guilty pleasure. whether or not i will be sober enough to read a book is another story (oh - that's a pun).
